Holly Copeland drives Horizon Therapeutic’s Senior Director, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability & Impact, efforts and plays a key role in the management of its Public Affairs activities. Prior to joining Horizon, Copeland served as Deputy Director of the Illinois Office of Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Technology, which provided technical assistance & financial support for Illinois’ small businesses and innovation ecosystems. She serves on the boards of several community organizations: Perspectives Charter Schools, Chicago Innovation and the Chicago Council on Science & Technology. She is also a member of the President’s Council of the Museum of Science and Industry, and on the advisory boards of MATTER and Shopping.Gives. A founding mentor of Chicago Innovation’s Women Mentoring Co-op, Copeland is a member of the Chicago Ideas Radical Creators and the Chicago Council on Global Affairs’ Women and Global Development Advisory Committee.
