Susan Crown is the first woman board member of Illinois Tool Works (ITW), a multi-faceted manufacturing and engineering business, where she chairs the Executive Committee. Ms. Crown is also a Board Member at The Northern Trust Corporation, Vice-Chair of the Rush University Medical Center, Director of CARE USA, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Brookings Institution, former Board Member at Baxter International, former Fellow of the Yale Corporation and an artist.
