Marvin Chun

Richard M. Colgate Professor of Psychology, Yale University
Marvin Chun, Ph.D. is the Richard M. Colgate professor of psychology at Yale University, with joint appointments in neuroscience and cognitive science. He has also served as the John B. Madden Master of Berkeley College. He received his B.A. in psychology from Yonsei University, his Ph.D. in brain and cognitive sciences from MIT and his postdoctoral training at Harvard. His laboratory employs functional brain imaging to study visual attention, memory, decision-making, perception and performance. His research has been honored with early career awards from the U.S. National Academy of Sciences and the American Psychological Association.
