Paul Thacker

Athlete, FOX
FOX athlete Paul Thacker enjoyed a successful career as a freestyle snowmobile rider—he was a multi-time world record holder for snowmobile distance jumping, and was the first to jump a snowmobile the length of a football field at 301.5 feet. But in November 2010, Paul’s life was changed forever when a routine practice jump ended badly, leaving him without use of his legs. Not one to let anything slow him down, Paul continues to ride and race – most recently in the 2013 Winter X Games SnoCross Adaptive – and travels the country as part of Monster Energy’s Give Back program, and as an ambassador for Esko Bionics, creators of a bionic suit that enables people with lower limb paralysis to stand up and walk.
