Four years ago, Fenger High School was in the news for low test scores, high dropout rates and notorious violence. Enter Principal Elizabeth Dozier. Thanks to her leadership and a government grant, Fenger's dropout rate is now down by 50 percent and graduation rates are up by 30 percent, among other impressive statistics.
